For customers who currently have terms, your account will automatically be approved for our Net December arrangement.

New Customers

For new customers, there are 2 ways to apply:

• Fill out the credit application and submit via fax or email to the contact information provided on the application. Once we have received your application, you will be reviewed and we will notify you once you are approved


• Place your order directly on our website and on the payment page, select December Dating as your payment option. Fill out the credit application and submit via fax or email to the contact information provided on the application. Once we have received your application, you will be reviewed and we will notify you once you are approved and your order will be processed on your new account terms.
