USA – FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $250.00 - orders placed directly through our company   Ships Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise requested.  Other Shipping Options available upon request are U.S. Priority and U.S. 1st Class mail.   Insurance can be requested for U.S. Priority Mail Shipments.   We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments, if you do not request insurance.  A Handling Fee of $1.50 will be charged to all U.S. Postal Orders.  CANADA – FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $350.00 – orders placed direct through our company. A resale tax ID is required to be on file at Doggie Design, except countries that do not use Tax ID. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Wire Transfer.  We no longer accept C.O.D for payment. There will be a $35.00 Fee for Return Check Charge.  A Credit Card payment will be required on all future orders, if a check is returned as Insufficient Funds. Return Policy:  We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment.  We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you.  You must contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product.  Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you.   If you are approved for a return there will be a 25% stocking fee.
