A resale tax ID is required to be on file at Doggie Design
Valid credit card # is required to be kept on file at Doggie Design. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We will ship C.O.D. upon request. There is an additional $15.00 charge for this service.
There will be a $25.00 Fee for Return Check Charge. A Credit Card payment will be required on all future orders, if a check is returned as Insufficient Funds.
Return Policy: We do not accept any exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you. You must contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you.
